This is May 31, 2005. I'm hoping to post this by 1:30 PM CST simultaneously to my blog at "http://nerd42nation.blogspot.com/" and my h2g2 Journal at "http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/U203906".

I regret to announce that I plan to be mostly absent from regular online correspondance starting June 1st until sometime near the end of the summer, if not later.

This is because I am a Boy Scouts of America employee and on June 4th I am going to begin serving on staff at a Boy Scout camp where there is no internet connection. However, I am returning at the end of the season and will hopefully continue to be an active participant in the various online communities I am a part of at that point.

Until then I wish you all a very fond farewell, and even though nobody will probably read this anyway.
